Refund Terms
We will refund the total payment amount received by Paypal, if your ship doesn’t get to dock at the Port, for any natural/mother nature reason or mechanical failure or if your tested Covid-19 positive, please send us a test result as proof.
If the ship docks successfully at the Port and you choose to remain inside the Port, our guides will wait one hour after the tour departure time to accommodate our guests. But if after one hour the guest is a no-show, there will be no refund.
- There are NO age, height or weight restrictions for PACKAGES #1 Manawakie park sightseeing island tour, #2 Manawakie park sightseeing island tour and beach , #5 Manawakie park sightseeing island tour and glass bottom boat, #6 Manawakie park discover Roatan village and mangrove tunnel tour. IT A GUIDED TOUR OF ALL AGES.
- The weight limit for PACKAGE #3 Manawakie park sightseeing island tour and zipline is 295 pounds; Guests unable to fit into the zipline due to weight, thigh or waist size will “Skip-the-Zipline” pricing; while waiting on your group at the Restaurant you can relax and purchase bottle of water, soda or local cuisine. This requirement also for PACKAGE #4.
- PACKAGE #7 AND #8 (ATV & horseback Ride); there are weight and age requirement 250 pounds, for kids under twelve the parents will have to sign a mandatory waiver taking full responsibility on their behalf.
- Our Eco Park has accessibility for wheel chair and mobility carts, all our guests that requires wheelchair accessible vehicles will be grouped together with there family and will have a dedicated driver/guide (Private Tour), for wheelchair accessibility you will required to book with months in advance to your arrival; You will get to interact with all the animals and enjoy a history tour around our facility, your guide will also show you samples of our medical roots.
