Refund Terms

We will refund the total payment amount received by Paypal, if your ship doesn’t get to dock at the Port, for any natural/mother nature reason or mechanical failure.
If the ship docks successfully at the Port and you choose to remain inside the Port, our guides will wait one hour after the tour departure time to accommodate our guests. But if after one hour the guest is a no- show, there will be no refund.
If your ship is scheduled to arrive on a specified date and you decide to cancel your trip with your cruise line for personal reasons, we will only refund 70% of your total booking.
